Several Chemistry students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University (FMIPA), participated in the 23rd UID (Unity in Diversity) Talk, entitled "Bridging the Future of Women in STEM," on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the Awan Auditorium, UID Bali Campus, Kura-Kura Special Economic Zone (KEK) Bali, Serangan. This event featured professional female leaders in STEM fields, providing insights to young women, encouraging them to increase their enthusiasm and commitment to fulfilling their roles, addressing the realities of policy in the workplace. This event is expected to become a regular event for young students in the Chemistry Program, FMIPA Unud, to broaden their perspectives on the world of work, address concerns, and help them focus on their STEM careers.
